We hope that your BritFlight product gives you trouble free enjoyment but in the unfortunate situation that you have a problem then email us at email@example.com and we will try to assist you as quickly as possible.
If you do have a problem then please include the following information:
- The product itself include colour (if its a plane)
- Specification of equipment fitted to the product (motor/battery etc)
- A description of the fault with photographs if possible
- Contact telephone number
- Any further information that you think may help us
We carry a full range of spares for all BritFlight products in all colours, so if you've had an unfortunate close encounter with the ground that was too much even for the toughness of our planes then don't despair, all parts can be purchased! The on-line shop has most of the most common parts listed and available to purchase, ready to get you flying again!
