All information available on our website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct and up to date. We do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions; we reserve the right to change information, specifications at any time. Weights, sizes are approximate.
Returns:
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us in writing or email ( support@britflight.co.uk ) in the first instance, in case the issue can be resolved. Please ensure goods are returned in original packaging and are in original condition. We will not accept any items for warranty claims that have been misused, damaged, dismantled or modified in any way. Motors/ESC's/LiPo's which have had wires cut/shortened or receiver plug cut/removed will not be warranted.
Lithium Batteries:
Please read lithium battery user guidelines supplied with each lithium battery BEFORE use. If you do not agree with these terms please return battery for a full refund before use.
Please note: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us (address below) safely, we recommend sending returns by 1st class recorded post (this includes up to �28 insurance) or by Special Delivery if the goods are valued between �28 and �500. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit. We cannot collect parcels which have been left at the P.O. sorting office due to customer not paying enough postage. Such parcels will be returned to sender unopened by ourselves. VERY IMPORTANT: If any product is returned to us as 'faulty' and subsequently found NOT to be defective or has been damaged as a direct result of incorrect prop sizes, misuse or poor maintenance a workshop surcharge of �10 will be incurred, as will returned postage. Goods found not to be faulty will NOT be returned to the customer until the surcharge payment has been completed.
Website Postage:
BritFlight Ltd. do not have a minimum postage amount. Our website system adds postage for each single item purchased, if you have several items in your shopping cart you will note a larger P+P charge however any excess P+P charged will be refunded back to you before goods are shipped! To ensure your parcel is protected against loss or damage we dispatch most items Recorded or Special Delivery. All small items are shipped in bubble wrapped bags. Postage is via our courier service, which is insured up to the order value. We try to post items next day delivery whenever possible. If you have any special requirements to help your delivery please let us know.
Paypal orders:
Important: We can only ship to the address given on your PayPal account. Please ensure your PayPal details are correct before you place the order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details. IE; moved house, changed name etc, your order may be delayed if the product is not in stock. We regret we cannot always provide exact delivery dates on out of stock items. BritFlight Ltd. does not accept liability for any indirect loss or consequential loss of any data, income, profit, or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising from the use of the website or any product purchased from it. BritFlight Ltd. will only be liable for the direct loss up to a maximum total price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Payments:
All on-line transactions are via a secure SSL server using the secure PAYPAL system, and are then processed manually. No transaction will actually take place until the goods are packaged and ready to post. BritFlight Ltd. accept no liability for any losses or claims arising from links to other sites or forums, or infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. You can buy instantly and securely with your credit card through the on line PAYPAL system If you do not hold a Paypal account you can still pay via your credit or debit card, however this may be sent to us as an E-CHEQUE and as such takes 7-10 days to clear. We will ship goods as soon as payment clears.
